Opened its door to accommodate homeless men leaving prison back in 1949. As a Probation Services funded service, referrals are only accepted from Probation Officers who have clients in prison awaiting release and/ or on probation supervision living out in the community. We offer a residency contract from 6 months to 18 months. In order to secure a place in Priorswood House, the Probation Officer completes a referral form and a risk assessment with their client, which is sent to the Priorswood House for an experienced Support Worker and the Accommodation Services Manager to determine whether accommodation in Priorswood House is suitable for the person.
