PACE Training

The PACE Training for Employment project in Santry is an education and training project dealing with up to 24 individuals at any one time.
The project works intensively with both men and women on preparing them for progression into employment or further education or training opportunities. The project works in partnership with a wide range of external agencies to ensure that the trainees are getting the best package of programmes possible.

The PACE Training For Employment Project also manages an off-site Horticulture Project, that is aimed at providing training and education in the area of Horticulture. This has increased the variety of training programmes being offered by PACE as well as increasing the numbers of training places available.
