PACE Horticultural Project ::

The PACE Training For Employment Project is currently in the process of expanding and developing an off-site Horticultural Project, that is aimed at providing training and education in the area of Horticulture. This will increase the variety of training programmes being offered by PACE as well as increasing the numbers of training places available.

PACE Family Support Project ::

PACE will be running a Family Support Project (funded through the BLDTF) for the first time in 2007. The focus of the project will be on the family support needs of our clients experiencing addiction problems (95% of clients).

To date the family needs of clients have been addressed within each of the projects however as our numbers have grown in the projects so have the needs for support for family members. The establishment of this project will enable PACE to work in a very constructive way with families as a vital component of the Integration process.

PACE Liaison Worker ::

PACE will also be operating a direct liaison service with the prison in partnership with a number of agencies in the North Inner City. The focus will be on linking prisoners in to PACE services and other services prior to their release and then case managing them upon their release.

Long-term accommodation ::

PACE is in the process of developing long-term accommodation for men leaving prison who have progressed through our existing projects but will need ongoing low support to live independently.
